ASTEELEX is a non-governmental organisation founded in 2009. From the beginning of its activity, it focused on promoting and educating in the field of intellectual property. Until 2021, the organisation was called Intellectual Ukraine, but with the expansion of the scope of interests of the organisation's members, the mission, tasks, and goals of the organisation were changed, and accordingly, its name was changed.
ASTEELEX NGO is a Ukrainian non-profit organisation whose members are practitioners and scientists, lawyers and developers, academics and activists united by one goal - to live in a legal, technological, innovative European Ukraine.
The mission is to promote irreversible changes towards the establishment of the rule of law in the context of Ukraine's digital transformation.
